Functional Fitness Associate Dianne Shapp offers more than just a workout...she offers the latest health and fitness information available...and, best of all, SHE OFFERS RESULTS!
The Functional Fitness program, developed by Tom House, Ph.D., integrates research information from contemporary sports science, protocols from modern medical science, philosophies from the Pacific Rim and Eastern Europe with fifty years of on-the-field experience in professional baseball, football, volleyball, and golf.
The practices you will learn are based on the same principles used by many well-known, professional athletes to reach their full career potential and/or to rehabilitate and become better after an injury. Functional Fitness workouts will parallel those used by elite athletes, but will be tailored to meet the requirements of the everyday athlete like yourself. You can expect positive changes to occur within a 6-12 week period.
Compare that to the 6-12 months it takes for changes to occur with traditional methods. Additionally, when you achieve Functional Fitness, other daily activities become easier and more enjoyable...helping you to achieve a higher quality of life!

Joint Integrity
Specializing in:
